BENQ X725 Red Digital Camera Review

This BENQ X 725 Red digital camera inherit most of the features of X720, with an elegant 12.5 mm stainless body. It has an innovative Super Shake Free (SSF) system, which helps in eliminating the image blurs generated by the shaky hands etc. It also includes 2.5-inch LCD screen and a 7MP sensor.

It has a built in lens shield with a motorized drive zoom adjustment. The optical zoom is 3x and the lens aperture is F/2.7-4.3. The macro focus range is 15 to 30 cm and the minimum focus range is 40 cm. It has TTL contrast detection for auto focus along with automatic and manual focus adjustments.

The camera flash of this BENQ product contains a built in red eye reduction technology. It works in many flash modes such as auto mode, flash off mode, slow-synch mode, red eye reduction mode, forced mode and a fill in mode. It has JPEG still image format type and a MPEG 4 digital video format.

This X 725 contains tungsten light, sunlight, cloudy and fluorescent white balance presets. It has program and automatic exposure modes, having minimum shutter speed of 4 sec and maximum shutter speed of 1/2000 sec. The digital zoom is 4x and the optical sensor size is ½.5” with an effective sensor resolution of 7,200,000 pixels.

The shooting mode is frame movie mode with CCD optical sensor type and a resolution of 7.2 mega pixels. The additional features contain interval shooting mode, digital image stabilization, PictBridge support, audio recording and 16:9 widescreen modes. It has a self-timer delay about 10 sec and 2sec.

This digital camera is supported by one Li-ion rechargeable battery with a power of an external battery charger. The connections have one SD memory extension slot, one USB and a composite A/V outputs. The warranty period is provided for one year and the price is also reasonable.
